某些行業廢氣（化工行業、藥廠等）具有濃度高、氣量小、成分復雜等特點。廢氣大多為含硫類化合物、氨氮類化合物，以及一些芳香族化合物等等。含硫類化合物又分為含硫無機化合物和含硫有機化合物，無機化合物如硫化氫、二氧化硫、二硫化碳等，有機化合物如硫醇、硫醚、硫酚、以及含有硫?；饽軋F的砜類化合物。氨氮類廢氣主要有氨氣、三甲胺、苯胺類化合物。芳香族類廢氣主要是“三苯”類廢氣、氯苯類、硝基苯類廢氣等。這些廢氣種類繁多，特性差異較大，很難用傳統的廢氣方法凈化處理。而我公司自主研發的UV光解廢氣凈化設備針對這些廢氣有很大的處理優勢：不用添加化學藥品，不用專人維護管理，不會產生二次污染。

Overview of exhaust gas purification
Some industry waste gas ( chemical industry, pharmaceutical factory, etc. ) has the characteristics of high concentration, small gas volume, complex composition, etc. Most of the exhaust gases are sulfur compounds, ammonia nitrogen compounds, as well as some aromatic compounds and so on. Sulfur - containing compounds are divided into sulfur-containing inorganic compounds and sulfur-containing organic compounds, inorganic compounds such as hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, carbon disulfide and the like, organic compounds such as thiols, sulfides, thiophenols, and sulfone compounds containing sulfuryl light energy groups. Ammonia nitrogen waste gas mainly includes ammonia, trimethylamine, aniline compounds. Aromatic waste gas is mainly " triphenyl" waste gas, chlorobenzene, nitrobenzene waste gas, etc. These exhaust gases have many kinds and different characteristics, so it is difficult to purify them by traditional methods.
