    VOC廢氣處理設備

     VOC廢氣處理設備利用特制的高能光束照射惡臭氣體,裂解惡臭氣體如:氨、三甲胺、硫化氫、甲硫氫、甲硫醇、甲硫醚、二甲二硫、二硫化碳和苯乙烯,硫化物H2S、VOC類,苯、甲苯、二甲苯的分子鏈結構,使有機或無機高分子惡臭化合物分子鏈,在高能紫外線光束照射下,降解轉變成低分子化合物,如CO2、H2O等。

    利用高能高臭氧UV紫外線光束分解空氣中的氧分子產生游離氧,即活性氧,因游離氧所攜正負電子不平衡所以需與氧分子結合,進而產生臭氧。

    VOC+O2→O-+O*(活性氧)O+O2→O3(臭氧),眾所周知臭氧對有機物具有極強的氧化作用,對惡臭氣體及其它刺激性異味有立竿見影的清除效果。

    惡臭氣體利用排風設備輸入到本凈化設備后,凈化設備運用高能C波光束及臭氧對惡臭氣體進行協同分解氧化反應,使惡臭氣體物質其降解轉化成低分子化合物、水和二氧化碳,再通過排風管道排出室外。

    利用高能UV光束裂解惡臭氣體中細菌的分子鍵,破壞細菌的核酸(DNA),再通過臭氧進行氧化反應,徹底達到脫臭及殺滅細菌的目的。

    VOC廢氣處理設備工作原理:

    (1)、利用特制的高能UV紫外線光束照射有機廢氣和惡臭氣體,裂解有機廢氣和惡臭氣體的分子鍵,瞬間打開斷裂氨、硫化氫、二硫化碳、甲硫醇、甲硫醚、二甲二硫、三甲胺、苯乙烯以及VOC類,苯、甲苯、二甲苯的分子鏈結構,降解轉變為低分子化學物,如二氧化碳和水等物質。

    (2)、利用高能臭氧分解空氣中的氧分子產生游離氧,即活性氧,因游離氧所攜正負電子不平衡所以需與氧分子結合,進而產生臭氧,使游離狀態的污染物分子與臭氧氧化結合成小分子無害或低害的化合物。如CO2、H2O等。UV+O2→O-+O*(活性氧)O+O2→O3(臭氧)。

    (3)、利用特制的TiO2光觸媒催化氧化過濾棉,在U紫外光的照射下,對空氣進行協同催化反應,產生大量臭氧,對有機廢氣和惡臭氣體進行催化氧化協同分解反應,使有機廢氣和惡臭氣體物質其降解轉化成低分子化合物、水和二氧化碳,從而達到脫臭及殺滅細菌的目的。

    The high-energy and high-ozone UV light beam is used to decompose oxygen molecules in the air to generate free oxygen, namely active oxygen, which needs to be combined with oxygen molecules due to the imbalance of positive and negative electrons carried by the free oxygen, thereby generating ozone.
    Voc + O2 → o - + o * ( active oxygen ) o + O2 → O3 ( ozone ), it is well known that ozone has a strong oxidation effect on organic matters, and has an immediate effect on the removal of malodorous gases and other irritant odors.
    After the malodorous gas is input into the purification device by using an exhaust device, the purification device carries out cooperative decomposition and oxidation reaction on the malodorous gas by using a high-energy c wave beam and ozone, so that the malodorous gas substances are degraded and converted into low molecular compounds, water and carbon dioxide, and then the malodorous gas substances are discharged outdoors through an exhaust pipeline.
    The molecular bonds of bacteria in the malodorous gas are cracked by using high-energy UV light beams, the nucleic acid ( DNA ) of the bacteria is destroyed, and then the oxidation reaction is carried out by ozone, so that the purposes of deodorization and sterilization of the bacteria are thoroughly achieved.
    Working principle of VOC waste gas treatment equipment;
    ( 1 ) illuminating the organic waste gas and the malodorous gas by using a special high-energy UV light beam, cracking molecular bonds of the organic waste gas and the malodorous gas, instantly opening the molecular chain structures of broken ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, carbon disulfide, methyl mercaptan, methyl sulfide, dimethyl disulfide, trimethylamine, styrene and VOC, and degrading and converting the molecular chain structures into low-molecular chemicals such as carbon dioxide, water and the like
    ( 2 ) decomposing oxygen molecules in the air by using high-energy ozone to generate free oxygen, namely active oxygen, which needs to be combined with oxygen molecules due to the imbalance of positive and negative electrons carried by the free oxygen, thereby generating ozone, so that the free-state pollutant molecules are combined with ozone oxidation to form small molecules harmless or low-harm compounds.     ( 3 ) the special TiO2 photocatalyst is used for catalyzing and oxidizing and filtering cotton, and under the irradiation of u - ultraviolet light, air is subjected to a synergistic catalytic reaction to generate a large amount of ozone, and the organic waste gas and the malodorous gas are subjected to a catalytic oxidation synergistic decomposition reaction, so that the organic waste gas and the malodorous gas substances are degraded and converted into low molecular compounds, water and carbon dioxide, thereby achieving the purposes of deodorization and bacteria killing.
