    1.UV光催化氧化設備簡介

    ?TiO2光催化氧化原理:

    在光照下,如果光子的能量大于半導體禁帶寬度,其價帶上的電子(e-)就會被激發到導帶上,同時在價帶上產生空穴(h+)。當存在合適的俘獲劑、表面缺陷或者其他因素時,電子和空穴的復合得到抑制,就會在催化劑表面發生氧化還原反應。價帶空穴是良好的氧化劑,導帶電子是良好的還原劑,在半導體光催化反應中,一般與表面吸附的H2O、O2反應生成.OH和超氧離子O2-,能夠把各種有機物直接氧化成CO2和H2O等無機小分子,電子也具有強還原性,可以還原吸附在其表面的物質。激發態的導帶電子和價帶空穴能重新合并,并產生熱能或其他形式散發掉。

    光催化的技術特征:

    1)低溫深度反應

    光催化氧化可以在室溫下將空氣中的有機污染物氧化。

    2)綠色能源

    光催化可利用太陽光作為能源來活化光催化劑,驅動氧化還原反應,而且光催化劑在反應中并不消耗。從能源角度而言,這一特征使光催化技術更具優勢。

    3)氧化性強

    大量研究表明,半導體光催化具有氧化性強的特點,對臭氧難以氧化的某些有機物都能有效地加以分解。

    4)壽命長

    理論上,光催化劑的壽命是無限長的。

    5)廣譜性

     

    光催化對從烴到墻酸的眾多種類有機物都有氧化效果,美國環保署公布的九大類114中污染物均被證實可通過光催化氧化法降解。
